This is in furtherance to our letters dated August 21 2020 wherein the Company had informed that the 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held on Wednesday September 16 2020 at 1100 hours (IST) via Video Conference / Other Audio Visual Means only in accordance with the General Circular issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs dated May 5 2020 read with General Circulars dated April 8 2020 and April 13 2020 and SEBI Circular dated May 12 2020. Pursuant to Regulation 34(1) of the Listing Regulations please find enclosed the 25th Annual Report of the Company along with the Notice of the AGM and other Statutory Reports for the Financial Year 2019-2020 which is also being sent through electronic mode to those Members whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company / Depository Participants / Registrar and Transfer Agent.
